Midweek low!

book-1240762-1279x852Well its not quite Wednesday yet but it has been a very busy week, despite being a week “off”, and I woke up late this morning, too late to get out running as I had to go to a lecture day for a Masters Degree in Mission ( as a student I hasten to add).

This left me feeling a bit under the weather,  the missing the session not the lecture day ahead.

It turned out to be a fantastic day, we were looking at research methods and beginning to think about our dissertations which sparked in me and excitement about learning that I have not felt for quite a while.

The broad theme I will be looking at will be Collective Worship and Spirituality, I have yet to narrow down the final proposal but today was a good starting point. I am really looking forward to this module and looking ahead to my dissertation am excited by that too, if a little daunted by the work involved.

At the end of this fantastic days learning I was ready for some physical excercise so did a 20 Minute workout using resistance bands that arrived yesterday followed by 75minutes on the elliptical trainer a really enjoyable workout followed by an evening getting back to what this week should be about – relaxing.

Though I shall still be out in the morning hitting the 7k to see how it goes and building up to the 10k needed.

Midweek Low didnt last, thankfully.
